The governor Of Puerto Rico, Anibal Acevedo Vilá anounced that the highly expected mega resort, Costa Serena in Piñones, its been canceled. The land owned by developer Mr. Kats is going to be converted in a ecological protected sanctuary. This land is going to be bought by the government at aparaised value. The big question is what would be the value of those lands becuase the sales comparables are too old and too low to be used. 

The hotest beachfront properties are now in the Loíza area. Look for projects like Malibu Beach and Oceanpointe. Loíza will be the new hub for beach vacations in Puerto Rico. Invest now before prices get higher.
